Bitumen is a common binder used in road construction and maintenance, and has a wide range of industrial uses. It is principally obtained as a residual product in petroleum refineries after higher fractions like gas, petrol, kerosene and diesel, etc., are removed.
Arvind Emporium P. Ltd (AEPL) is one of the largest bitumen importers in Nepal. We bring in various bitumen grades suited for all environments and terrains, including VG 30 and VG 10 (also known as Grade 60/70 and 80/100). We are also proud producers of DOLPHIN NL, first Nepali bitumen brand, and Nepal’s exclusive authorized distributors for Lanka-IOC and Jensen Bitumen, subsidiaries of the Indian Oil Corporation. Our bitumen quality complies with the Indian Standard IS 73:2013, recognized by Nepal Standards.
